After months of rumors, Apple finally announced the iPhone 16th, a spiritual successor to the last Gen iPhone SE launched on 28 February. Performances for the coming handset from Apple start at $ 599 with 128 GB of storage and open in the Apple online store on Friday, February 21, with other retailers and carriers who are likely to follow.
However, the number of net buttons has not been changed, because the new iPhone SE now has an adjustable action button, although there is no special camera control button. The lonely 48-megapixel camera can take 24-megapixel photos with a maximum of 2x optical zoom, supports 4K video recording up to 60 frames per second with Dolby Vision and offers spatial audio with post-recording Audiomix adjustments. The lightning gate is also exchanged for USB-C and you get 7.5 W Qi wireless charging (no magsafe, sorry). It is in particular the first iPhone with Apple’s Homegrown C1 modem, which supports 5G but misses the Speeder Mmwave radios.
